Proper Fitting Bike
•When you buy a bicycle make sure it is the right size, not one where you ‘grow  into’.
• Riding an oversized bike is dangerous.
A bicycle of the wrong size is not comfortable and can cause you to lose control and be injured.
Key fitting points on your bicycle:
• When sitting on the seat with hands on the handlebar, you must be able to place both feet on the ground.
•When you sit on the seat with your heels on the pedals , your legs should be almost straight at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
•When buying a bike with hand brakes, make sure you can comfortably grasp the breaks and apply sufficient pressure to stop the bike.
